Actors Jana Milić Ilić and Zoran Pajić, known as Marina and Nikola from the hit series ‘Truths and Lies’, as well as Ivana Perović, a world karate champion, were the first guests on the new show ‘OdLINKaši’, hosted by Primary School Savremena’s students together with linkTV’s Irena Spasić. 

The show, which will air on linkTV, is hosted by Savremena’s students who will welcome local celebrities and ask them questions about their childhood, their school days, wishes, dreams, sacrifices, what they were as children and whether they had always known what their profession would be.

Marina and Nikola uncover truths and lies

That Savremena’s primary school students were big fans of ‘Truths and Lies’ was evident from the fact that they addressed Jana and Zoran as their characters – Marina and Nikola. The well-known actors didn’t mind at all; they accepted it with a smile and posed for photos with each student.

The photos, selfies and autographs were countless. The children enjoyed great moments and sang with their favourite TV characters who replied to all of the students’ questions.

Jana and Zoran talked about the filming process, the great things about their profession and how difficult it is to get into your character. Savremena’s students were particularly interested in Marina and Nikola’s kissing scenes; however, they got a bit confused and Irena Spasić came to the rescue.

Karate champion: There is no success without sacrifice

During a conversation with young martial artist Ivana Perović, who won a gold medal at the Karate World Championship, Savremena’s primary students once again learnt how love and dedication are important for success.

The hosts of ‘OdLINKaši’ were particularly impressed by the fact that Ivana has two training sessions per day and this dedication level is precisely what helped her become world champion. Ivana also talked about how important it is to believe in yourself in order to reach your goals, after which they all enjoyed a photo session.

‘OdLINKaši’, which airs twice a month, will introduce Savremena’s students to the world of journalism. The students will welcome many successful people and receive advice that will surely prove useful for their future careers.
