Learning about Belgrade on a unique cruise on the Danube and the Sava

Senior primary students enjoyed an unusual cruise on the Belgrade rivers

Primary School Savremena students in Years 7 and 8 witnessed the beauties of the city of Belgrade from a magical perspective. The little ones will remember 3 September for the wonderful cruise on the Danube and the Sava.

ENERGY, LAUGHTER, AND HIGH SPIRITS – A STAPLE OF STUDENTS’ ADVENTURES AT SAVREMENA

The little ones set sail from Ušće at 11 AM on 3 September. During the voyage, they listened to fascinating stories about the history of our capital, and words cannot begin to describe their excitement, joy, and curiosity during this expedition. The highly interested students asked numerous questions and made conclusions based on the answers.

The cruise lasted for an hour, but time flies when you’re having so much fun. The students recharged their batteries and stepped away from their daily responsibilities, which allowed them to return to school fully focused.

A SCHOOL IN TOUCH WITH NATURE

Stress can have a negative impact on creativity, focus, and overall health. Therefore, it is highly important for Savremena’s students to relax and return to their classrooms fully rested.

Environmental awareness is very important for Savremena’s students, and the most modern educational institution in the region fully deserves its green school status. Both the students and employees at Savremena are eco-friendly. They participate in various campaigns, workshops, projects, and lessons designed to improve and protect our environment.

This unique cruise and experience on the rivers remind us to always stay in touch with nature.
