FAMILY SMART DAY at Primary School Savremena confirmed great interest for enrolment of new students

Children aged 6-11 and their parents experienced everything the most state-of-the-art school in the region has to offer

On Saturday, 24 October, Primary School Savremena organised a Family SMART Day where parents had the opportunity to spend an unforgettable day with their children having fun and attending interesting educational workshops and activities.

All interested and pre-registered parents and their children could spend some quality time, learn more about our school, experience a truly different education first hand, and ask the attending teachers and the school psychologist everything they wanted to know about their children’s education free of charge, in the comfortable and modern environment of Primary School Savremena.

Adhering to all prescribed preventive measures, children aged 6-11 and their parents had a taste of a unique educational experience. They had as many as 10 interactive educational workshops to choose from, including:

  1. 9D journey on a VR Starship;
  2. Tour of the Earth with VR glasses;
  3. Launch a robot on the STEM desk;
  4. OSMO: Create your own game;
  5. iPad quiz: What do you know about fairy tales?
  6. The first English lesson;
  7. Let’s bring these drawings to life;
  8. Magic hands and fingers;
  9. Art workshop: Little creative artists.

A day to remember in the stylish, state-of-the-art environment which may become your child’s reality

The school building of Primary School Savremena where the Family SMART Day is held meets high Cambridge standards, which means that it represents a perfect oasis of learning and friendly interaction. Our premises are multifunctional, interactive, and above all, safe. Our school is a place where students can explore, acquire knowledge, socialize and have fun, both on their own terms, or under their teachers’ supervision.

Our standards involve the application of the state-or-the-art educational technology and SMART devices, such as VR glasses, smart robots, LEGO STEAM sets, iPads, 3D printers and scanners, and many other advanced devices. All this technology allows students to master the teaching material at their own pace, whereas multidisciplinary classes allow them to connect knowledge of different areas through real projects and problem-based assignments.
