Students of Primary School Savremena demonstrated humanitarianism and cheered their fellow students
Not only are the students of Primary School Savremena excellent students, but they also proved they are growing into altruistic and compassionate people.
They proved it by joining the humanitarian campaign “For Our Fellow Students” at the invitation of the City of Belgrade, organiser of the campaign. The aim of this humanitarian project is collecting presents for children living in Croatia in the areas ravaged by the wars of the 1990s.
Students collected toys, school supplies and sweets
Following the guidelines of the organiser of this humanitarian project, students of Primary School Savremena donated a large amount of school supplies, toys and inevitable sweets to their fellow students in need, cheering them up.
One of the main goals of education at Primary School Savremena is developing empathy in children, and the participation in the City of Belgrade’s humanitarian project is just a small confirmation of our goal. We are proud to say that our students collected a large number of toys for children between the ages of 6 and 12.
Good students grow into good people
Students of Primary School Savremena and their parents eagerly participate in various humanitarian campaigns, aware that their little means a lot to someone else. This is why the humanitarian project “For Our Fellow Students” organised by the City of Belgrade is just one in a series of noble projects our school was more than happy to participate in.
Students of Primary School Savremena responded to this action in great numbers and collected a significant amount of presents for their peers. We are proud our school has such good students who are growing into good people.
