International Erasmus+ partners meeting

From April 27 to 30, 2026, an international meeting of partners within the Erasmus+ project “Globetrotters” was held in Thessaloniki, bringing together representatives of educational institutions from several European countries. Participation in this event once again confirmed our school’s active role in international projects and its contribution to the development of modern education.

During the meeting, partners analyzed the progress of the project, exchanged experiences, and reviewed achieved results. Special attention was given to planning the next project phases, including testing developed materials, creating practical tools for classroom use, and continuing dissemination activities.

The working atmosphere was dynamic and inspiring, allowing participants to collaboratively develop ideas that contribute to improving educational practices. Such meetings enable valuable knowledge exchange and strengthen cooperation between partners from different educational systems.

Contribution of Savremena teachers

Participants included representatives of organizations Tradanim and Elan from Belgium, Școala Gimnaziala Nr. 16 Take Ionescu from Romania, the host school, and our school.

Savremena Primary School representatives made a significant contribution to the meeting. Psychologist Milena Tarbuk presented guides for teachers and parents, teacher Danijela Kleut discussed the post-test phase of the project, and teacher Maja Babić presented dissemination activities with a focus on digital platforms.

Through these presentations, our team demonstrated a high level of expertise and dedication, contributing to the quality and further development of the project.

An experience that connects and inspires

In addition to the working sessions, participants had the opportunity to explore the cultural landmarks of Thessaloniki, thanks to the hospitality of the Greek partners.

Such international meetings play an important role in professional development, as well as in fostering intercultural understanding and collaboration. Erasmus+ projects encourage the exchange of ideas and the creation of innovative approaches to learning, which are later applied in the classroom.

Participation in the “Globetrotters” project confirms our school’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and openness to new knowledge and experiences.
