Savremena Primary School had the pleasure of hosting the BrainOBrain competition, an event that brought together a large number of children eager to learn, challenge themselves, and gain new experiences. Throughout this dynamic and inspiring day, the school became a hub of education and modern technology, where students had the opportunity to showcase their abilities while developing new skills.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement, curiosity, and positive energy. Participants approached each activity and challenge with enthusiasm, developing logical thinking, concentration, and creativity through play and interaction. What made this event especially valuable was the opportunity for children to learn through hands-on experience, which contributes to deeper understanding and long-term knowledge retention.
As a host, Savremena also presented a variety of interactive workshops that enriched the event. Through innovative learning approaches, students explored the worlds of robotics, coding, and digital creativity, demonstrating that modern education can be both engaging and meaningful.
The BrainOBrain competition is an international educational program focused on developing children’s intellectual and cognitive abilities through mental arithmetic and innovative learning methods. Its goal is not only to achieve accurate results but also to enhance concentration, memory, speed of thinking, and self-confidence.
Through this approach, participants learn to solve problems quickly and efficiently while enjoying the learning process. The competition encourages perseverance, confidence, and a positive attitude toward challenges, making it a highly valuable experience for both personal and academic development. BrainOBrain plays an important role in shaping future generations who are ready to think critically and creatively.
During the event, visitors had the opportunity to participate in a range of engaging workshops designed to promote learning through play. In the “OSMO: Create Your Own Game” workshop, children took their first steps in coding, while in the “Run a Robot on the STEM Table” activity, they controlled robots and developed logical thinking and creativity.
The “Bring Drawings to Life” workshop attracted special attention, allowing children’s artwork to become three-dimensional and interactive with the help of technology. Additionally, through the “iPad Quiz: How Well Do You Know Fairy Tales?”, participants tested their knowledge while enjoying a fun and competitive atmosphere.
One of the most exciting experiences was the 9D VR starship journey, which enabled children to explore space, encounter dinosaurs, and experience different worlds from a completely new perspective.
