Students of the upper grades will participate in the city robotics competition. Using CAD software, students have designed a robot for this occasion. It has an engine that allows it to move in different directions, as well as to overcome obstacles. It also has a servomotor and 360-degree motion.

Savremena is a prime example of a 21st-century school, where teaching methods are in line with educational trends. Using the latest technologies in classes, it makes strides in improving the existing educational standards and it enables its students to acquire new and contemporary knowledge as efficiently as possible.

In its teaching practice, Savremena actively and efficiently utilises educational robots, which help students broaden their knowledge of robotics and programming, but also to develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and team spirit, and become proactive.

That is why Savremena students have fallen in love with robotics and are looking forward to presenting the robot they’ve designed in the city competition. Conceived entirely by our students, this whole project is a powerful incentive that will make the robotics used in our school evolve more and more.
