Preparations for the SAVREMENA Sports Camp in the USA

Students of Savremena will have the opportunity to spend two weeks in America

During a visit to Primary School Savremena, Bojan Vučković, a renowned football coach and a former player, presented an exciting sports program in the USA that combines sports, education, and culture, aimed at students of the school.

About the Rich Career and Vision

Bojan Vučković, who began his sports career at Partizan and the Yugoslav national team, and then continued in the USA and Canada, visited Primary School Savremena to introduce his latest project – a summer sports camp in America to the students. Vučković, who led numerous successful teams and won numerous awards, shared experiences about the importance of sports and education in the development of young talents.

Details of the Camp Program

The camp, which will take place from August 10 to 25, 2024, will include various sports activities including football, basketball, and tennis, as well as English language classes and visits to prestigious American universities such as Harvard and Boston University. Vučković emphasized that the program is not only for active athletes but also for all students who want to try out new sports and improve their language and cultural skills. In addition to sports training, participants will enjoy a rich cultural and social program that includes visits to landmarks and various extracurricular activities.

Bojan’s story about his rich sports journey and life experiences captivated the students during his visit to the school. The excitement was evident on the faces of the children as they listened to the diverse opportunities the camp offers.

This was an opportunity for students to get answers to all their questions. Therefore, we now know that the camp is not only intended for boys, as a large number of girls have been attending for years, with their own floor in accommodation. Students were delighted by the fact that they will have the opportunity to explore the charms of America through visits to Boston and New York during the two weeks.

In addition to training twice a day, the camp program includes various additional activities such as swimming, discos, movie nights, and many other fun activities.
