Parents at Work: Students visit BMW service centre and Honda showroom, discover robots and test motorbikes

A visit to parents' workplaces revealed professions that inspire

As part of the Parents at Work project, students from classes I-1 and IV-3 had the opportunity to explore the professions of their classmates’ parents through direct experiences at their workplaces. This unique project is designed to give children insight into various careers, spark their interest in future vocations, and strengthen the connection between school and parents.

A day filled with knowledge and technology

The visit began with an engaging lecture on management and the importance of teamwork, where students learned how a manager’s role functions and the key skills required for success in this profession. Following this, they delved into the world of automobiles, exploring Maserati models and observing robots at work in a BMW service centre, showcasing how technology simplifies daily tasks.

The visit concluded at the Honda showroom, where students tested motorbikes and learned about their technical features. At the end of the day, the hosts surprised the students with thoughtful gifts, leaving everyone delighted.

Collaboration that inspires

The Parents at Work project once again highlighted the importance of collaboration between parents and the school in the educational process. We extend our gratitude to the parents for their hospitality, insightful presentations, and the organisation of an unforgettable day. Activities like these not only broaden students’ horizons but also inspire them to explore the world of professions and develop their own ambitions.
