Little artists make this March 8 special with their works

Savremena students awe us again with their creativity

Savremena students created original and beautiful paper bouquets, decorated picture frames for their mothers, grandmothers and aunts, drew in Paint and prepared colorful ornaments with love in celebration of March 8, International Women’s Day.

The talent, originality and ideas of Savremena students often leave us speechless, especially when they have the opportunity to showcase their many talents in celebration of different holidays. This week’s holiday – March 8 – has particularly inspired them.

Along with creative work, they also discussed the history of this holiday and how it came to be. International Women’s Day was created to commemorate women’s struggle for their rights, i.e. the fight for economic, political and social equality of women. International Women’s Day was celebrated for the first time in 1909 in the USA.

However, the most important thing our students learned is to respect one another, and show their love for their female friends and family members through small tokens of appreciation.

It is obvious that their works were made with love.
