The main aim of the competitions Misliša and Kangaroo Without Borders is to make mathematics popular by motivating students to develop and enhance logical and combinatorial skills while solving exciting tasks, thus growing to love this science. This was an amazing opportunity for students to cherish competitive spirit, apply logical thinking and the knowledge of maths they had already acquired.

A large number of primary school students from all over Serbia took part in the Misliša competition, while over 6 million contestants from over 80 countries participated in the competition Kangaroo Without Borders.

Despite a truly large and extremely strong competition, our students demonstrated impressive knowledge.

Our young Primary School Savremena mathematicians, the students of III-1 had exceptional results at the 17th maths competition Misliša. Petar Stamenković, Jovan Bogunović and Aleksandar Brkić ranked third, while Daria Denisova, Maksim Joksimović, Vojin Janjušević, Hajdi Gajić and Pavle Bojović were commended.

In the category of the first-graders at the competition Kangaroo Without Borders Filip Stanković, Mihajlo Dodić, Kira Francišković, Alim Sadović and Vukašin Kokeza received commendations, while in the category of the second-graders Rok Stefanović, Ema Stojić and Juki Huang were commended.

Among the third-graders Aleksandar Brkić, Petar Stamenić, Ognjen Simić , Daria Denisova, Luka Odobašić, Maksim Joksimović, Konstantin Petrović, Itan Hejs, Teodor Nikolić, Una Marković, Vido Ognjenović and Marko Vujaklija received commendations.

We are proud of our students who are above all good children, curious and sharing versatile interests. Besides maths, they are successful and creative in a number of various fields. We are especially glad that they support and encourage each other to take part in different competitions.
