Excellent Result at the National Athletics Competition

Andrej Joksimović won 5th place in the 60-metre race and achieved a great sporting success

Savremena Primary School student Andrej Joksimović, class 6/1, achieved an outstanding result at the national athletics championship, held at the athletics stadium in Kruševac. In the 60-metre race, Andrej won an excellent 5th place with a time of 8.65 seconds.

This result is a great success and a reason for pride, especially considering that this was a national-level competition gathering the best students from across Serbia. Placing among the five fastest competitors in his discipline means showing not only speed, but also excellent preparation, focus, confidence and the readiness to give one’s best at the most important moment.

It is especially important to point out that the first three boys in this discipline are trained athletes, which makes Andrej’s result even more significant. In such strong competition, 5th place at the national championship is a true confirmation of great talent, dedication and sportsmanship. Andrej showed that effort, discipline and self-belief are always recognised, especially when the challenge is at its highest.

Speed, Focus and Readiness for a Great Challenge

The 60-metre race is one of the most dynamic athletics disciplines, as competitors must show explosiveness, a strong start, proper running technique and full concentration in a very short period of time. In races like this, the smallest details matter, and every hundredth of a second can influence the final placement. That is why Andrej’s time of 8.65 seconds deserves special congratulations.

At the athletics stadium in Kruševac, Andrej had the opportunity to compete with the best students from other schools, and his performance showed exceptional energy, confidence and competitive spirit. Participation in a national championship is already a major achievement, because only students who have previously stood out with their results, effort and athletic ability reach this level.

Andrej, however, went one step further and achieved a placement that ranks him among the most successful competitors in his discipline. His 5th place shows how important perseverance, regular work and the willingness to accept challenges are. In sport, as in learning, results come when talent is combined with effort, and Andrej confirmed this through his performance.

A Success That Inspires and Motivates

Results like this have special value because they speak not only about one successful performance, but also about the character of a student who is ready to compete, persevere and show the best of himself at an important moment. Andrej’s result is an inspiration to other students of Savremena Primary School to take up sport, develop their abilities and believe that great goals can be achieved through dedicated work.

Sport plays an important role in children’s development, as it teaches them discipline, responsibility, persistence and respect for the competition. Through competitions, students gain confidence, learn how to accept challenges, how to cope with nervousness and how to stay focused even when expectations are high. Andrej showed exactly these values at this competition.

We are proud that a student of Savremena Primary School represented the school with dignity at the national championship and showed that sportsmanship is nurtured alongside knowledge, curiosity and the desire to improve.

Congratulations to Andrej on an Outstanding Result

Savremena Primary School extends sincere congratulations to Andrej Joksimović on winning 5th place at the national athletics championship. His result in the 60-metre race, with a time of 8.65 seconds, is a significant sporting achievement and proof that dedication, effort and perseverance always pay off.

Andrej showed that courage and confidence are built through work, and that true sportsmanship is seen when a student steps onto the track ready to give his best. His success is especially meaningful to us because it confirms that Savremena Primary School students achieve notable results in many different areas – from knowledge and art to sport.
