For Savremena’s students, Ada has always been among the favourite places for rest, education, outdoor learning and sports. This made the Belgrade lake a logical choice of the location where 8-1 students would spend their last day of school with their friends.

Savremena’s eight-graders’ last trip together was full of emotion, as they reminisced on all the anecdotes they had created together over the years. Talking to their class teacher Maja Babić helped them realise how much they had achieved and experienced together.

We are happy that this time of their lives was filled with smiles, trips, travels and countless activities they enjoyed, nurturing their friendships.

Our hearts are full, because they were so amazing, so creative; eager for new challenges and knowledge – as can be seen, after all, from the results. They enjoyed every minute of it, and so did we

We grew together, playing and smiling, gaining a wealth of new knowledge. We are proud of what Savremena’s students have become – they are growing into wonderful young people.

We hope that they enjoy their future just like they enjoyed creating memories and aiming high – and, of course, that they make the most of the summer break ahead, as they prepare for new experiences and a new chapter of their lives.

We have no doubt that this is only the beginning of the full realisation of their wishes, dreams and accomplishments. We remain on their side as they move on from Savremena, leaving the door of our school forever open to them.
