Classroom Without Walls and Architecture Class

Students of Savremena Elementary School explored the world of architecture firsthand.

The students of Savremena Elementary School have elevated their learning to a new level through an unconventional approach to teaching techniques and technology. During two classes of this subject, students gathered knowledge through a classroom without walls, i.e., in an open space, where they had the opportunity to directly explore the world of architecture.

Site Visit

The first destination of their unusual learning was the construction site of a new residential building in West. Here, students had the opportunity to witness the process of building creation in real-time, familiarize themselves with construction materials and technologies used, and understand the complexity of the construction process.

After that, the students visited West Mall, where they had the opportunity to observe the model of the entire block. This visit allowed them to gain insight into urban planning and space organization, as well as to consider the impact of modern architectural solutions on the appearance of cities.

Lecture on Contemporary Architecture and Tour of the West Block

After the tour, students had the opportunity to attend a lecture on contemporary architecture, where they became acquainted with the latest trends and approaches in architectural design. Then they went for a walk through the West block, carefully observing the architecture of modern buildings, analyzing their functionality, aesthetics, and impact on the environment.

Inspiration in the Real World

This unconventional teaching enabled students to apply what they learned in practice and gain a deeper understanding of the world of architecture and construction. Through direct experience and practical application, students strengthened their skills of observation, analysis, and creative thinking, opening up new horizons for their future academic and professional paths.
