Awards presented to our straight-A students and valedictorian in the Municipality of Novi Beograd
Another successful school year concluded with the award ceremony honouring our outstanding students.
The dedication and progress of our students have finally been recognised and rewarded as they rightfully deserve. We proudly celebrated their exceptional achievements throughout their primary education at the premises of the Novi Beograd municipality.
During the past week, in the ceremonial hall of the Novi Beograd municipality, students from our school received awards for their outstanding dedication and accomplishments in primary school.
Among the 418 straight-A students from Novi Beograd, the following students were the students of our school: Lilita Milčić, Vuk Virić, Filip Perišić, and Aleksa Rikić from class VIII-1, as well as Siniša Petrović Josimović and Ana Ljuština from class VIII-2.
The students who were the winners of Vuk’s diploma received the book “Hazarski rečnik” by Milorad Pavić from the municipality, while our valedictorian, Siniša Petrović Josimović, received a collection of selected works by Ivo Andrić.
In his brief address, the President of the Novi Beograd municipality emphasised his pride in the significant number of straight-A students in the municipality and considered it a genuine challenge for young people in today’s world.
Parents and teachers from Novi Beograd schools and members of the municipal council and the administration attended this ceremony. The teaching staff of Primary School Savremena is immensely proud of our straight-A students and valedictorian, and we hope that our school will have many more students like them in the future!
Through these accolades, we not only celebrate the successes of our students but also create a foundation for their future, encouraging them to continue striving to reach their full potential.
