Students of Primary School Savremena and their parents gladly participate in humanitarian campaigns, aware that what’s little for them can mean quite a lot to someone. The organisation of a charity exhibition and collecting funds for little Vuk Grujičić are only a fraction of the large number of noble projects we have approached smiling, with great joy.

As part of the preparation for the School Day celebration, Savremena’s students prepared a charity exhibition in the Children’s Cultural Centre hall. Over the last few months, the students collected different sorts of objects and worked on them, turning them into veritable little pieces of art. Ticketholders could choose among the students’ works.

Parents responded to this humanitarian initiative by collecting a considerable sum, which was paid towards the treatment of little Vuk Grujičić and the improvement of his life.

We would like to commend the students on their work and effort, and thank everyone who participated in this campaign. This gesture showed the students’ great good will and sent a universal message about the importance of caring for others.

For us at Primary School Savremena, supporting others is one of the basic guiding principles, because helping others, we show the world the importance of being humane, and how campaigns like this one improve the lives of those in need of help!
