Ivana Bursać, a mother of one of our students, held an interactive workshop for first and second-grade pupils, demonstrating how language learning can be easy and fun. Savremena osnovna škola continually seeks innovative learning methods, adapting them to the needs of its students. Through this workshop, Ivana Bursać showed how learning languages can become much more enjoyable when creative methods are applied.

During the workshop, students spontaneously acquired new words and language expressions through games and songs, developing their communication skills without the pressure of traditional learning. Through various activities, the children learned how to use the language in everyday situations while also building confidence and freedom of expression.

Ivana Bursać shared useful tips with the students on how to create a positive environment for learning a foreign language, not only at school but also at home. She emphasised the importance of learning through everyday activities, such as singing songs, role-playing, or watching cartoons in a foreign language, as this approach helps children grasp language structures and vocabulary more quickly.

The students participated with great interest in exercises that allowed them to use the language in various contexts. The workshop provided the children with the opportunity to express themselves creatively and explore new ways of learning a language. All participants demonstrated exceptional engagement, and the smiles on their faces proved that language learning can be a fun and inspiring experience when approached in a way that caters to their interests.
