The official testing and enrollment of first graders begins today!

Savremena Primary School has officially opened testing and enrollment for future first-grade students for the 2026/27 academic year, marking an important step for parents who want to provide their children with high-quality, modern education. As in previous years, interest in enrollment is exceptionally high, reflecting the trust parents place in the school and its educational approach.

In order to maintain the highest quality of teaching in line with Cambridge standards, the number of available places remains strictly limited. Due to strong demand, a new school facility has been introduced, allowing the formation of an additional first-grade class. However, despite this expansion, only 20 places remain available for the upcoming generation, making timely application especially important.

Parents who complete the enrollment process early have the opportunity to benefit from special offers and reduced tuition fees, making top-quality education more accessible. This approach ensures that high educational standards are maintained while providing more children with the opportunity to experience modern learning.

Free assessment as the first step toward the right choice

An important part of the enrollment process is a free assessment of each child’s readiness and cognitive abilities, conducted in a supportive and relaxed environment. The assessment lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes and begins with a conversation with a school psychologist, during which the child’s readiness for school is evaluated through age-appropriate questions.

This is followed by an assessment of cognitive abilities, with a focus on how the child thinks, understands, and perceives everyday concepts. Rather than being a formal test, this process is designed to help the child feel comfortable while providing valuable insights into their development.

Special attention is also given to identifying each child’s talents and affinities, which helps in forming balanced and complementary classes. The goal is to create groups in which students support one another’s growth, learning, and development. This thoughtful approach ensures a stimulating environment in which every child can reach their full potential.
