Preschoolers from “Little Footsteps House” Visit Robotics Workshop at Primary School Savremena
Young Learners Enjoyed Interactive Education
Primary School Savremena recently welcomed future students – preschoolers from the “Little Footsteps House” kindergarten – who enthusiastically took part in a robotics workshop. This visit was a true adventure into the world of technology and innovation, carefully tailored to the children’s age while being exciting enough to spark their curiosity and love for learning.
During the workshop, the young guests had the chance to control mBot robots, interact with the humanoid robot Pepper, play educational games using the Osmo kit, and “travel” to distant parts of the world through the 9D VR Starship simulator. Smiles on their faces and the many questions they asked were the best indicators of how much they enjoyed the experience.

Learning Through Play and Technology
The workshop was designed to provide a fun yet educational experience – through play, the children learned basic concepts of programming, teamwork, and creative thinking. With the help of mBot robots, they explored how commands work, while Pepper delighted them with stories, dancing, and answering their questions.
Journey Into Virtual Worlds
One of the highlights of the visit was the 9D VR Starship – a simulator that took the children on virtual journeys through various worlds, offering a thrilling yet safe experience that sparks imagination and interest in science and technology.
This visit once again demonstrated the importance of introducing children to modern educational tools and technologies from an early age. Primary School Savremena is always happy to open its doors to young explorers and looks forward to more fun and inspiring visits in the future.
