Milena Tarbuk
Psychologist
Milena Tarbuk graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade in 2006, with a degree in Psychology, and has worked as a psychologist ever since. She gained professional experience as a school psychologist in several primary schools in Belgrade, as well as in the field of social welfare, where she worked as a case manager at the City Centre for Social Work.
She also has many years of experience in individual psychotherapy, particularly in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (REBT/CBT). She has further developed her expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Throughout her career, Milena has been particularly involved in preparing and delivering various preventive and educational talks and workshops for children and young people, as well as providing support to parents in addressing challenges related to their children’s development and upbringing.
In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting and spending time in nature.
Milena has been working at Savremena Primary School since its establishment.
