“The Sky is Not the Limit, but Just the Beginning” – Practical Skills for Real Life

Through its innovative Life Skills program, Savremena osnovna škola enables students to acquire not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills that will be useful in their everyday lives. The program is designed to provide students with real experiences and knowledge that will help them become independent, make responsible decisions, and successfully tackle challenges.

Pilot Slobodan Simović’s visit was part of a broader concept within the Life Skills program, which addresses themes such as everyday problem-solving, developing emotional intelligence, and preparing for future careers. Simović motivated students to consider different professional paths and highlighted the importance of following their dreams, with the message: “The sky is not the limit, but just the beginning.”

Through such encounters, the Life Skills program broadens students’ horizons and encourages them to actively think about their futures.
