Learning from One Another: Savremena Students Step into the Role of Teachers
“Big Brother, Big Sister” Project
In the spirit of mutual support, understanding, and shared growth, Primary School Savremena launched the “Big Brother, Big Sister” project. As part of this initiative, older students took on the role of teachers and held classes for their younger and older peers, demonstrating their knowledge, responsibility, and creativity.
Math from a New Perspective: Grade IV-2 Students as Teachers

Students from class IV-2 delivered an engaging and interactive math lesson to their younger peers from class I-1. Through games, exercises, and fun examples, they showed how math can be both enjoyable and easy to understand. This activity boosted the confidence of the older students while sparking curiosity and enthusiasm among the youngest ones.
English Through Students’ Eyes: An Inspiring Lesson and Presentation for Class VIII-3

Third-grade students Simona Laketić, Eva Stanković, Nina Milanović, Petra Tanasić, and Lucy Scivally conducted an English lesson for class VIII-3. Through creative presentations and interactive activities, they showcased their projects from the subject Global Perspectives, demonstrating an impressive level of knowledge and presentation skills. Their performance inspired the older students and created space for constructive dialogue and idea-sharing.
At Primary School Savremena students don’t only learn from teachers – they learn from one another, through projects that foster empathy, teamwork, leadership, and a genuine love of learning.
