Gordana Josimov graduated from the Teacher Education Faculty in Belgrade and, throughout her rich career, worked in several primary and private international schools, where she gained significant experience within the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

She has continuously improved her teaching skills through professional development and conferences, and from 2003 until today, she has been an active member and officeholder in numerous educational associations. Special recognition of her work includes the titles of Best Teacher in Pančevo (2009) and Best Educator of Serbia (2016), awarded by the “Živojin Mišić” Association.

In addition to her rich experience, teacher Gordana is devoted to fostering independence, creativity, logical and critical thinking in children, as well as developing their communication and teamwork skills. She especially enjoys working with gifted students.
